By accepting the services you indemnify us Les Boudoir and the therapist against any claim of any nature for any damage, injury, claim you hereby unconditionally indemnify and hold us harmless against the entirety of any adverse consequences of whatever nature or description including, but not limited to, all losses, damages, actions, applications, suits, proceedings, hearings, investigations, charges, complaints, claims, demands, interdicts, judgements, orders, decrees, directives, rulings, dues, penalties, fines, costs, liabilities, obligations, tax, compensation, expenses and fees.
